Ticket Stop is an independent, privately owned ticket agency in the business of buying and selling tickets to all events. We sell our tickets for more then the face value printed on the ticket. Our price is determined by supply and demand, the cost of obtaining the tickets and the seat location. Please remember that if you choose to use our service, you are paying a premium above the face value for these tickets.
All sales are final. Because ticket prices and availability are always changing, your order cannot be cancelled and we do not offer refunds. If an event is cancelled, you will receive the amount you paid less any shipping charges. Tickets for a cancelled show must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. If the event is rescheduled, your original tickets will be honored for the new date. Because our ticket inventory is not in real time and includes other tickets not owned by Ticket Stop, you could order tickets online that are no longer available. In such cases, Ticket Stop will attempt to fill your order with comparable seats. This may include upgrading you to a better seat at no extra charge. If for any reason we cannot fill your order online, the order will be rejected.
If the event is being held here in the state of Texas, we charge sales tax on all Texas events. The sales tax rate is 8.25%.
We accept all major credit cards as well as payment with cash or money orders. By entering your credit card information online or over the phone, you agree to the transaction and you authorize Ticket Stop to charge your account. If you or someone acting on your behalf without your consent attempts to file a false charge back by claiming no knowledge of such transaction, we will report suspicious activity to the proper authorities.
The following information is required to place a credit card order:
Your name as it appears on the credit card
The exact billing address of the credit card
Your daytime or evening phone number
We ship out our orders via federal express to the billing address on the credit card with a signature required so that we know you receive your tickets. When placing your order, you have the option of two-day delivery, standard overnight delivery or priority overnight delivery. There is an additional charge for federal express delivery.
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place as tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please be aware that most tickets are printed on heat sensitive paper and direct sunlight or heat can damage the tickets and even make them unrecognizable. Protect your tickets as you would with any valuables.
